Anyone here acquainted with using social media for businesses? My new boss want me to be in charge of the company's social media and I don't know how to begin. Any advice is welcome.

@MissToad It's a chain of restauants so I planned on putting "Follow us on X at Usernamehere" signs at the most popular locations. Our locations get geotagged a LOT of IG so I figured a push to get them to follow us wouldn't be too hard.

@Romy Also, don't forget getting the GIS entry right on Google Maps. A one click link between a street view and your facebook/website helps on restaurants. IMAO.
