Have you downloaded the required files?
yes, i did....and i installed all in the same folder....the codex and the program itself

Double check that your signing on with the correct info, for eg my username is georgina but my sign up name is slightly different.
Other than that its probably best a programmer help you

can i see that anywhere? i just can see that my username is deukalion
need i any other things like internet explorer or msn workin?

I got that once. ii deleted it from my computer. reinstalled it and it worked again

sometimes cleaning the cache solves the problem too
