This topic and everything related to it is completely stupid. I haven't been to a science or a religion museum, does that mean I am bashing them? No.

Bill Nye has no obligation to go anywhere or do anything, and even if he did, by not visiting the museum he has done nothing at all, and has made no statement against or for the museum.

I say close this topic. We should not discuss the stupidity of the world.
