The faeries need your help as they focus on rebuilding Faerieland! Visit every day for a random faerie to assign a Faerie Quest to you! For each completed quest you will receive a reward from the faerie you assisted. If you visit every day, Queen Fyora will award you with a prize at the end!

Can I cancel a quest once I am on it?
Yes, you can choose to abandon a quest at any time. However, if you decide to abandon a quest, you will not have the opportunity to replace it with another quest. You'll need to wait until the following day for another quest to be offered to you. If you abandon a quest on the final day of the event, you will not have the opportunity to complete a quest until a quest is randomly offered to you through a regular Random Event.
Can I choose which Neopet receives the reward from the faerie quest?
The reward for completing a quest will be applied to your active Neopet.
Can I use the Shop Wizard when I am on a faerie quest during the event?
No, the Shop Wizard will still be unavailable to you while you are on a faerie quest, unless you are on a quest for the Crafting Faerie.
If I cancel a quest, is there a penalty?
Nope. However, you won't be able to accept another quest until tomorrow if you abort today's quest.
Is there a prize for visiting the page every day?
Yes, if you visit the page every day, regardless of whether or not you complete any quests, you will receive a bonus prize at the end of the event.
What if I was on a quest before Faerieland crashed? Is it lost or will I be able to complete it?
If you were on a quest before the plot, it's been put on hold and will not affect you being able to participate in the event. Once the event is over, your quest will be reinstated, and you will be able to continue where you left off. (In other words, your Fountain Faerie quest is not lost forever! Don't panic!)
What if my active Neopet is in the middle of a battle?
A reward cannot be applied to a Neopet actively in battle. If your active Neopet is in battle at the time of completing a faerie quest, you cannot turn in your item. Make sure you either remove your active Neopet from a battle or change your active Neopet before you complete the quest in order to receive your reward.
Where do I find the items needed to fulfill the Crafting Faerie's quest?
Once you have received a Crafting Faerie quest, the Crafting Shop will open in the NC Mall. You will be able to purchase the items that are requested by Delina the Crafting Faerie in this shop.
Can I (legally) do quests on side accounts? No.

Dear TNT, Are we allowed to do faerie quests on our side accounts? It seems that the rewards are mainly stat boosts, and since it's a non-transferable item, is that alright? Some of us have Battledome Neopets sitting on side accounts that are harder to train because we don't have enough space on our main accounts. Thanks! ^-^ ~vsmartdonkey
Right now the faerie quests are giving away Neopoint items for visiting the page, so we request that you refrain from visiting them on side accounts for the time being. Once the event is over and the faerie quests go back to being truly Random Events, you're once again welcome to complete them on side accounts if you happen to get one.
I'm a bit confused; could I please get some clarity? In the FAQ for the faerie quest event, it says that we are not allowed to participate on our side accounts. It then says, however, that we can participate in the Neocash faerie quests on our sides if we get one there. Of course, we can't know if we're going to get a Crafting Faerie Quest before we participate, which you have said is not okay! ~_undead_whisper_
For the duration of the event, you may only participate on your main account. After that, though, you are free to complete any faerie quest (crafting or normal) on your sides.

The Crafting Faerie Delina is not your ordinary Dark Faerie. She'd rather be crafting than casting spells, and she loves to collect interesting stuff from the NC Mall for her stash. Who knows when those odds and ends will come in handy? Delina does! She'll happily give you her latest creation if you help her out.
noob question having never done a quest before. How do I give the item to the fairy? Usually it was go to the shop wizard and the fairy will pop up saying you can't use it....but now you CAN use the shop wizard while on a quest o.0
*edit: Forget it. I got it @georgina: It sounds like to complete a crafting fairy quest we're gonna have to buy items from the nc mall....o.0 I don't really like the sound of that
