heart gold and soul silver are good but the original gold and silver are more appealing for some reason, maybe nostalgia factor

its a pokemon creator program that essentially allows you to create a pokemon according to your specifications, and then spits out a code for you to plug into your action replay. Unfortunately these also create what are called "bad eggs" and are instantly disabled if you try using them in a tournament where they check your pokemon for hacks.

You have a job where you can do nothing and play pokemon? tell me what you do and i'll give you all the pokemon you want xD

I use a program called PokeSav, I can edit almost anything.

In the years i've used pokesav i've never had a bad eg, but then again I've been making them directly on the .sav file and never through an action replay as I've got an EDGE card.

You can transfer PokeSAV'd Pokemon over Wifi by altering your DNS address settings and using this to upload the .pkm file from your computer, no Action Replay needed.

Easy stuff but tourneys and global wifi matchups (Gen V only) will automatically kick you unless you know how to make /legit/ Pokemon.

So is this how I find people over the wifi that have like 6 shiny legendary pokemon? Honestly that is just lame. =/

It is. I personally only use it to make competitive teams that I wouldn't waste my life over (I mean come on, egg moves, IVs)...but the people who make shiny anything non-legit are pretty much batshit retarded. It also takes like five seconds to figure out if a shiny's not legit anyways.

It really does hurt to see people abusing it, I only tried playing it online to actually competitively play against other people. Sadly all of the people I find have full teams of pokemon from any generation with their stats maxed etc. When it comes to trading either they have them all already or expect to trade some lvl 5 guy they found in the grass by the third town for a rare pokemon you own. Ah well, cheaters are gonna be cheaters.

Hex values its not that difficult with a converter, and also make sure you know a pokemon's legit stats if you are planning to make one using an editor.

stats are easy, manually doing hex values are difficult, how does a converter work?

hex convertor changes hex value into decimal number. so that you don't have to do this yourself manually.

For example

022A 8100 0325 8701 210D 8002 0006 01E0
7A1A 0825 8801 6A5A 30A1 9600 0200 679F
7F17 0866 C528 1400 3356 0100 6DB6 9600
4600 0029 0708 2538 0127 2A07 0826 0D80
The Red Colored One Is The Pokemon (9600, well 96 in decimal is 150 which is Mewtwo's position in the Pokedex).
The Blue Colored One Is The Level (4600, 46 in decimal is 70 which is Mewtwo's level).

You could get the decimal values by plugging the numbers into a hex converter and vice versa, without having to figure it out by hand

Wait, why would they be that hard to do? Most HEX values can be changed via dropdown menus in PokeSAV.

http://projectpokemo...-and-85h-Values some of them have to be manually entered but it isn't too hard.
