I began playing Neopets at the age of 7, directed from a good friend of mine. As a young n00blin, I learned from my older brother, who was apparantly a BAMF according his little 3rd grade buddies. He taught me to have unique pets, with LOTS of numbers and underscores. I started to chat on the HC, and decided to make a contest to see who could send me the most NeoPoints! I sneakily would give the prize, a red codestone, to my side account which I played other dailies on. People started to yell at me for not following the rules and my first thought was, "Wait. People actually read the rules?"

So yes, I was a cheater since I was seven. To this day, 6 years later, my brother still yells "HAAAAAAAAAAACKS!" at me and pretends to throw a computer at my head while I use AoB to get avatars.

I was...uhhhh...7 or 8, and my sister and her friend was playing on it, back in 2000...i seemed interested, and i bitched and yelled until my mom yelled at my sister to make an account for me.

That kinda reminds me of what cousin used to do. He started a guild with contests to see who donates the most to the guild and they will win a paintbrush at the end of each month. He would then send the paintbrush to one of our friend's account. It lasted for a while and he made quite a bit of np.

All started in 3rd grade my friends decided to make an account for me, I remember I used to spend all day in the pound trying to get a nice pet to show off to my friends, I remember me at my friends house making threads on the boards saying who was more handsome and made like vote (Used to get random pics on google and post them on are profile saying it was us xD ) I used to stay up all nigh with my friend trying to figure out how html works xD Than one day I got frozen for trading a pet I found in the pound for this cheap paint brush I was so mad than I quit neo came back like a year ago (was really bored and remembered about neopets) thanI set to accomplish my goal I set when I was a kid get a Draik so after days and days playing KQ and other lame games. This guy on FB scams me out of 200k (alot to me back then) I was extremely mad and after alot time on google I found Neocodex and here I am

I remember when the battledome first came out, I was kind of new to Neopets. I thought having a circlet of the air faerie (bd weapon) and staff of the earth faerie made me ~amazing~ in the battledome. xD

I started in grade 3 as well. I didn't chat on the boards nor did I have a guild so I was pretty much left alone. I was in love with Mootix drop, Ultimate Bullseye (original) and Trouble at the National Neopian. Oh and I liked participating in caption contests.....after a while I only went on so I could participate in the week's caption contest.....I didn't care about np, the color of my pets, names, bd stats, collections, weapons or any of the stuff. I just went on for the games lol.

when i was a noob i sat and refresh the card shop and got a gold card worth a couple of millions.. some neomailed me an offer 1.5mil or so... and i rejected that person... and then a scammer came and offered a painted petpet... and so nice.. there was a similar one in trading post and was asking for 10mil or so... i jumped on the offer only to learn that once a petpet is painted.. their rarity change to 101 and its nothing special especially when the pet is worth less than 5k....

Before that i sat and refresh the kwark petpet shop for more than 8 hours in a row... why? my first few refresh i saw a quadrapus and missed it because i din have the dubloons... funny enough i actually got 1 quadrapus at the end of the day and sold it for 300k np.... 8hrs of refreshing non stop for 300k..... at that point yeah, was happy... cos its my first over 100k restock.... lol..

When I was a n00b (can't say I'm not one still), I believed that Neopets was a magical world like Pokemon where you can become a master by training everyday. I beat weak BD opponents like Chia Clown everyday thinking that my pet would get stronger and gain experience. Gave up once the Chia Clown can kill my pet every single time in one attack. I played games like guess the card because I wanted my pet to be a psychic type.

I started playing when I was think 6 (maybe 5?) and I remember I would not shut up about it. We had this 'what we did yesterday' section in our writing books and there's pages and pages of neopets stuff in it.

When I was a noob I used to play like 5 different games a day that I could make 3k from each on like 10 accounts. It took me like 1.5hrs a day when I played to do this. After playing games I would just hunt the pound lol. Thats how I would get my pets
