Dont worry about it. It's normal occurrence. Just restart program manager or you can submit the error in the tracker forum. I think you should just bare with it until you get to 75 unless you are thinking about overfeeding.

I have met errors as well ,sometimes keep buying an item from one guy's shop while that item actually does not exist in that shop but it keeps to go to that shop repeatly
