I'm havin' kids some day.
It'll happen.
I've wanted to be a mom since I was 16, but have always understood the need of a good foundation. I want to finish school and be stable first.
Gotta tell you now though, I am NOT having one of those spoiled rotten brats that you can ALWAYS find shrieking in the toy section of Walmart.. I will start at a young age and keep my kid in line. Despite what the locals here believe you CAN have a well behaved child AND a strong parent-child relationship.
It'll all have to wait until I'm older and have a stable income and have my own place though, and healthier! I'm not sure how much a heart problem (wooo self diagnosed because all the doctors I've gone to about this are shite!) could affect child birth, but yeah, I'm kinda afraid of my body not being able to handle it or something D:
I know what you mean. I have early on-set degenerative bone disease. So sadly, my baby-making safety is on a time limit. If I wait too long, the weight of the baby could affect my back/pelvis, and I could even fracture my pelvis during child birth. You just have to weigh your options, and get yourself a good doctor. I happen to have gotten lucky and found one, and I'm sure when you're getting closer a little research for a specialist in your case will help you find one too.
