Just to clarify what's going on when you smash someone with 12hp with 30 icons and do fuck all damage. Some (possibly all?) of the opponents have the ability "Shade". When they use this the damage the receive will be the same as the damage as they inflict upon you. So sweet FA.

 

That's based on what I read on the boards, haven't tested it, but seems to line up with what I was experiencing earlier.

I'm experiencing it. I'm even considering buying that ability if it's actually that good. I think only the Mummy and Thief have that skill though.

I notice sometimes when I attack my opponent, I attack myself and he attacks himself instead.

It explains why I lost 80HP+ and he just loses 4hp. And it explains why we have "Shade".

It just takes fewer battles to reach the cap on hard, there doesn't seem to be any other difference so far.

So later on if things have the shade ability it could be near impossible to beat them if they have 1 more hp than you? Ive had the thief use the shade ability multiple times in a row so if that would happen youd both take the same amount of damage for multiple turns and its just who can outlast the hits. No point in having strong weapons

Everyone's face when they realize filling up the "Do Your Part!" bar simply unlocks an avatar at the end. 

 

If I was one of you using an autobattler I wouldn't stop simply because I filled the bar for the day.

i'm probably gonna quit after 1000 battles or so since it's unbelievably easy to just leave the autobattler on

Am I the only one being bugged by how TNT is calling this an event instead of a plot? From what I remember, when it's a plot, the news flash banner will show "Plot" at the top left hand corner instead.

Try mask of dread? It should work.

 

Btw I just saw the war page and my progress meter hasn't changed. Maybe it depends on how many times you can defeat each tier of challengers?
