I will be sprucing this up with pictures etc in the upcoming days but this is a basic guide where in most part I'm providing links to peoples work. I made this to help me make a starter account after getting frozen and thought this could help some others.
Quick-Building
Please Note: None of the links provided are mine, they are for programs/scripts by other users. This guide is to simply have it all in one place.
1:Account Name
This comes in handy if you are building the accounts to sell. If you are building one for you to use you may want to choose your own. I use a random word generator if I am building to sell. It allows versatility and will attract more people to buy.
2:Avatars
1: With your Neopets account logged in, visit Lmp's avatar grabber (Link provided below). I done this three times in 1 day at different times to ensure I got as many as possible (Avatars that count on certain times etc.

2: I usually then follow with some "easy avatars that require you to buy an item, feed a certain pet etc. There are so many of these. I will provide the link I find most helpful.
3: Game Avatars
-Teach yourself to AOB if you don't know all ready (http://www.neocodex....f-bytes-how-to/)
-I have provided a Score Sending list for those lazy folk, I should state that I don't think much of Score sending lists as t'n't are becoming very wise towards them. If you want to use the list, try to do 2-3 a day and not all at once.

3: Pets
I usually find the best thing to do if you aren't want to spend money painting a pet straight away is create a popular pet such as a Kacheek/Blumaroo etc with a real word as a name. For this I use a word generator which tells you the definition also.
3:Trophies
We all know trophies are important to make an account look pretty and like it's been worked hard on, But of course....Thats what Autoplayers are for. I have listed the download links for the ones onsite. Please note, for any auto-players I couldn't find on Clraik, I have linked off site. Neo-codex is the second safest and second best I have used and 0% freeze rate on the auto players for me so far.

4:Collections
We all know in order for an account to look impressive, we like to see some Neodeck cards, Stamps etc. How to do this without spending a fortune? I'll show you. What some people don't know is things like shells also count towards your "stamp" count, and there are also so many stamps that won't break the bank but will make your account look heaps better. I have listed link that like the items by price, Just go up to a point where you want to spend to and you will have a better looking account.

4: Habitarium
Try to leave this running as much as possible to improve size. To level up quicker, have as many nests running as possible and discard your eggs, it gives 200xp. Make sure your population is always full as that also provides more experience. People usually assume the person is a dedicated player if they have a higher level Habitarium

5: Kad Feeding
A trophy and avatar everyone loves. I always thought it was impossible until i found out about Kad feeders. I wont be linking the one I use as I'm unsure it's allowed but I do believe there are plenty provided around here, so just set to feed 1 for now to keep under wraps from those angry legit feeders.
6: User/Pet Lookups
Nothing says a regular player that nice simple user lookups and pet lookups, I have listed some of my favorite sites for basic CSS coding.

That is all, This may have been done before, It may not be helpful to some but I was creating it for my own reference so thought I would share with you all. Anything that needs added/any questions, just tag me in a below post. I will be making this more "pretty" in the next few days but thought I would publish the basics first.
