Hi, yesterday I recived an offer on a Lot on TP but when I clicked "Accept" the page doesn't refresh. So I went to the trading post main, clicked on the offer on the lot but it says that I already accepted it, but I haven't recived anything from the offer. The man who made the offer said me that he hadn't recived back his money. How can I solve?

(Sorry for bad english)

Bonjourno!

This looks like a Neopets problem. I haven't seen this happen before. If I were you I'd speak to Neopets about it.

Actually, this happens relatively frequently with Neopets.

Submit a ticket with as much detail as you remember, then check the neoboards to see if anyone else is having issues. If they are, avoid the trading post unil it is fixed.

Yeah like Dan has said, it's best to file a bug report with TNT rather than ask here. We wouldn't have any more info for you sorry.

Have you tried removing 'stuck' items in the TP?

Im not sure that this could be related but give it a shot :)

Yes, I removed the Lot but the other player that made the "stuck" offer hadn't recived any nps back.

I have a script that i wrote that automates the trading post for me. One run of the script will preform approximately 70 trades, i had to put in a fail-safe for this exact kind of situation.
