I have a question regarding overhealing. What exactly is overhealing? Also is it true that scorchstones overheal? I have LEV currently but if the Jade SS overheals than would it be better? Also In terms of resistance which one is easier to block fire or air icons? I know both are hard to block icons, but which one is easier to block?

I see so sorchstones in the old battledome did overheal you. judging from that topic and link to the known issues it will likely be back, so I guess I do need a Jade SS, thank you for your input.

 

Can anyone can answer my other question please.

LEV does not overheal. Typically for something to overheal, it must heal a fixed number of HP. Even so, the new BD messed up a lot of the old mechanics with no signs if changing.

I see, guess my best bet is toget a Jade SS. I bet they will fix the overhealing since it is a known issue, how long that will take is a different story.

I wouldn't think they'd fix it since it was important tactically in the old battledome anyway, it's probably always been intentional.

ya but if Sorchstones were meant to over heal then they would fix it, TNT didn't say they will not be bringing it back so that means they do intend on fixing it. Also can anyone answer my other question:

TNT won't fix anything, unless it brings them more money. And sadly the Battledome doesn't do that

My BD pet was a pteri for the sole reason of blocking air. Fire tends to be the harder to block icon because the only decent fire reflector is retired and the one full fire blocker is an overpriced and not readily available smuggler's cove item. Air has a shield from the HT to worry about. And Pteris.

Ya but resistances aren't working atm. So Pteri would not help. Also clawed shield is a relatively cheap fire blocker. And if you have the shield of faerieland to block air then technically aren't both fire and air same level of difficulty to block? Clawed shield is less expensive so fire would be easier to block, or atleast atm

Pteris are still the best BD species because you can full heal for a 1np worm.
