I heard there is a glitch where trades won't go through because if you offer, the seller doesn't receive any notifications and if they cancel, your offer will get stuck.

I think they thought you were talking about the neopets TP, and not the codex one. You should be able to access ours now though, if you can't get in by tomorrow, try PM'ing one of the admins.

By the chance you are asking about the Neocodex TP access, wait until tomorrow before asking any admin/moderator like Satsuki said. TP access is automatically granted after 10 posts and a complete 168 hours has passed after initial registration. It may seem like 7 days, but may not be yet.
