I'm 80% sure you just threw down a challenge for Neocodex Eskimo Brothers Dance Battle. But the song and the lack of enthusiasm in the comments above are confusing me.

Database, not dance battle

At least as far as I understood. It's for tracking partners and for the want-to-knows to meet people who have slept with their exes. Kinda creepy maybe, but Iceland has a very real, very similar database that lists not Eskimo brothers, but actual family. This is because the island is so small that dating a close relative is a very real concern. (and their method of family-naming offspring makes small time genealogical research difficult.)
