Somehow the texture I used just erased really nicely. My mouse sensitivity is pretty high so it doesn't really create nice, smooth motions, hence the jagged look. I took a small eraser and took away parts that were sticking out too much.

Sure, I'll PM you the resources I used. I did decrease my mouse speed to try to get the icing/lines to be smoother.
