i like the second one.

for the first siggy i think if you try to manipulate the background even more - perhaps by smudging - it would look awesomer. right now the background kinda blends with the render and it looks rather perplexing.

Yeah, I should have done that. Tossed the PSD though.

Thanks. ^_^

I've always gotten mine from Planet Renders.

Here's another I made, but I feel like it is puke.

Spoiler

@Cohle I guess the theme was puke.

Nice work I need to get back into tags again as well.

For me your best one is the first as the focals are great and text placement works well.

I hate giving bad CnC so apologies in advance but sometimes its good to hear to help get better at gfx.  So for the others im afraid they kinda look like a render on a BG with a some effects i.e. the render does not look blended in enough.  Blending in the render helps the tag to flow in a direction and keep the eye of the viewing not noticing each image on the tag.

And here's another.

The last tag above shows that you have worked harder on the image to make it work well as a tag good work.

Again sorry for some bad CnC on some of your tags its just that if it was me I would like to hear the good as well as the bad.

If you ever want to do a collab let me know would be interesting to see how it comes out.  Devaintart is a great place for some tutorials for Tags.
