I'm trying to set one up, but we keep having stuff interfere during the items the challenger is online. I got called to a friends house one day at the time we were supposed to battle, and then ended up in the hospital the second time were were supposed to battle, and now they're having issues with their ISP.

Question, are there any restriction about Megas or other clauses depending on the leader? Or is everything fair game as long as it's OU?

Also, with the 1 challenge per day, does that mean that I have to wait 24 hours after I beat the first leader before challenging the second?

1) You can challenge us in any order.

2) Yup!  It doesn't have to be 24 hours though. Just the next day.
