welcome back... I'm new here haha. Although a Flight Rising competition sounds very excited, I've just joined FR!

I didn't realize they were doing reg pretty much every month (starting to wonder if there's going to be any this month...?) when I heard about FR here last summer, so I waited almost a year before I heard on another board that reg was open.

 

I felt pretty stupid to have been waiting a year! (To be fair, I think I checked in January and May--January for certain--and had just missed it or something.)

Yes, well; he's the one who watched me go through all the bullshit last time and didn't lift a finger to help me, so you see why I was leery about coming back, I'm sure.

 

It's not just getting picked on here that bothered me...it's the fact that some wiseass said something on my blog (of the time) that you couldn't pay me a million treasure to repeat here, I couldn't report him to his ISP because of course he used a proxy and a fake email...and the staff didn't give a flying fuck.

 

So you'll excuse me for being complete unwilling to socialize, as I figure that would just be fodder for more of the same. (Correction: being unwilling to socialize also seems like fodder, so I guess I can't win, can I?)

But I feel you. Here's a step plan to win at Codex.

 

1. Make you own rules. 
2. Make everyone play your own rules.
3. Break your own rules.
4. Ignore steps 1-3.
5. Take a risk and say what you want to say.
6. Decode trolling into self-improvement.
7. Get better and be better than the trolls because there is no other revenge more validating. I lied. Murder is pretty up there.
