I'm really pumped about this! And the legendaries don't look as bad as /some previous legendaries/ hrm.

Still not convinced about the protags, and I still NEED a difficulty changer at the start of the game because X/Y killed all my hopes and dreams with it being so easy to do anything.

 

But I'm still excited, it's gosh darn pokemon, I have to. MY FUTURE CHILDREN WILL HAVE TO.

Ehh possibly, but I find I always abuse that ability. Pokémon Pearl became pretty trivial once I had a level 100 shiny magikarp with Overheat, Thunder, Hydro Pump and like Roar of Time or something.

(Psychic/steel, and psychic ghost.)

Names of characters revealed.

New rotom form revealed (Pokedex version)

psychic steel sounds all right, I guess. New rotom WHAT.. that was worth a google. I want a rotom that talks to me irl. I'd be happy if my box fan talked to me tbh. So it's set up like big islands? Like mystery dungeon?

People are speculating that his steel typing choice was made because of this ^^

Ahh okay. My first impression from the Sun and Moon legendaries were Fire and Dark lol.

 

Funny how the lion is weak to fire and the bat is weak to dark, the 2 types I thought they originally were.

Really depends on what they're going to do with it. Could be interesting, could be really gimmicky.

And the bat was going to be ghost/dark

 

By looking at it, I figured the lion would be Fire/Steel or yeah, fire/fairy.

Ghost/Dark would have made a lot more sense, but I like Ghost/Psychic better as a typing. The only other ghost/psych we have is Hoopa.

 

Psychic seems a little silly on both really.

Yeah, that's true. I'm going from what's on serebii's page, and so far it looks like it will be great (in my perspective)

This is a thing, and I absolutely love it.

 

We can complain about designs, decisions they make, types, whatever, but in the end, It's still Pokemon, and it always finds a way to make you happy. <3
