HTS isn't worth buying unless you already have a buyer lined up.

I would say no, I'm even having trouble selling ETS items, so I wouldn't imagine how long it would take to sell HTS. HTS is only worth it if you have a buyer ready.

Garden is profitable if you know collectors willing to buy. You've gotta build up relationships with buyers to offload easily and safely. One of the ways I stay ahead of tnt was by having buyers lined up ahead of time. Even if it meant only taking 30% cut or more in potential profit. Better to have the guarenteed sale than to have to publicize your deeds by advertising for buyers in my opinion.
