Hi, this is an older account that used ambrosia in the past. I'm trying to renew the monthly $4.99 membership but it says I have already purchased it, which I haven't, and contact an administrator. Hopefully this was the right place for this. Thank you,

I can help you with this, let me resend a new invoice for you and then you can update it from there :)
