this happens far too often as well, what gives? if this keeps happening I won't buy advanced again

A little bit more info might help. What's not opening? The Abrosia program, the Program Manager? Do you get any errors popping up at all?

@Pyro699 will be able to assist with this asap.

 

I tried running the Program Manager and got this error when it tried to fetch any updates from our server:

I am trying to open the neocodex program manager, this also happened to me 2 days ago and it finally stopped, if it kept happening I would not have even bought advanced but I eventually dragged the program manager icon to my desktop and opened from there and it worked, but now it won't open no matter what, thanks for the quick reply though

 

this is frustrating though because I use abrosia for autobuying and pay $5 a month and have a mac, when I had a PC and could use valorsuite which is free I never had any troubles at all, this paid service should have less errors

hey thanks man!! I did have advanced membership years ago which was the last time I was active on neopets and never had issues with abrosia, so I will continue with advanced if it is fixed soon.

 

edit- it is working for me now no problem!!
