According to Jellyneo it is probably awarded by being in the Top 50 High Score table for the Brain Tree quests.

 

I see a rise of the prices of spooky foods coming ... On the flip side, that might make doing Edna's quests worthwile.

You don't score send to get those results, you just complete more than one quest a day. I hope JS doesn't pay attention to this glitch and fix it before the prices of the spooky food drop because I won't pay these insane NPs for stupid cheap items.

How do you do that? Or is it a glitch that only affects a few accounts?

After you complete the quest just hit the "back" key. Your score won't add up but you increase your chances five times a day (provided the Esopahgor lets you complete only 10 quests a day).
