1. Are you using a proxy?

2. Is the account info correct?

3. is your account frozen?

4. What are your settings?

5. Do you have the auto pricing on? It doesn't work, turn it off

6. Do you have the AAA on? It doesn't work, turn it off. 

7. Have you tried a fresh install of the manager? (aka: uninstall the manager completely and then redownload and reinstall it).
