I got an error while trying to upgrade my membership after a long while:

 

You have already purchased this item and it cannot be purchased again. A renewal invoice for your existing purchase was generated which has since expired. Please contact an administrator for assistance.

Help is greatly appreciated.

I became an advanced member a few weeks ago and had no probs until this evening.. I was going to try Ambrosia for a little while today but when I clicked on the Neodocodex manager thingy it started downloading stuff from you guys.. since them everytime I try to click on Ambrosia a box opens up wanting me to log in with my Neopets id info.. name and pw.... .. and I get a Login Failed Message each time.  .. whatever was downloaded when I  opened up neocodex manager isn't working at all..

You downloaded the program manger, and then are trying to run Abrosia from the program manager? 

 

So it's not logging into your neopets account? And you're using your neopets login in that box, not your necodex login? 

 

1. Check the info is completely correct

2. Check your account isn't frozen

3. If 2 is not true, login in web browser. Sometimes if you don't log in for a long time, the birthday prompt comes up and you have to manually do that for Aborisa to work. 

4. Do you have the new neopets beta? It's messing up Abrosia.

Everything is back to normal. Maybe it was just a fluke or something last night that I couldn't use ambrosia... Thanks for your response.
