New Rule

As of now any people posting that they are leaving will I'mmediatly hae the following events happen:

1-all reputation removed (unless it is in minuses)
2-post count removed
3-member position removed (private members ect will have to wait to reaply)

any people posting topics such has "should I leave" will have the topic closed and warn level adjusted

this will stop all people from leaving with blackmail ect.
