Yeah I know It wasn't THAT bad! Yes, it wasn't as good as the second one, but it was still good. They're just mad, whiney, and disappointed right now

That was the worst waste of 7 dollars ever. Now, keep in mind that I'm not a Tobey McGuire fan to begin with, but that was just plain horrible. The only remotely good part of the movie was the fight with Venom, and that was totally gay because he kept stopping to talk to spidey, which he never did in the comics. In addition, all three villains weren't really villains.

Harry went good and died. Sandman apologized and left without a fight. Venom, we're all supposed to feel bad for because he was a real person. All retarded.

Homo erotic dancing spliced with pretty girls is not enough to sell me the movie.

I've read everywhere that it was a disaster. I'm not going to see it and it depresses me that it broke records. What I'm seeing and hearing everywhere is - cheesy lines, terrible plot, not enough villains.


I hope the next POTC breaks the records this stupid movie sets. I really hate Tobey. And the spiderman series. I can't look at Tobey as a man honestly. He looks like a wimp every second in every film.

The difference between a bad movie and a good movie is perception. I wanted spiderman to be good and I told myself it would be good, and to me, it was fabulous. No point yelling at the producers because "it sucked".

Well, with Spider man 3 having a widest opening releases of 4252 theaters(POTC2 had 4133), an opening day record of $59 million(POTC2 was $55.83 millon), an opening weekend record of $148 million(POTC2 had $135 million), and probably many more records to come, all I can say to POTC3 is good luck!

Just saw it yesterday! Im not a huge hardcore spiderman fan but I decided to go see it anyway. I went into the movie with reviews from a couple of my friends half saying it was terrible and half saying it was really good. I thought it was a pretty good movie... The special effects were really cool... Im thinking though that they can let the spiderman movies die after this one but I am sure they will not because of the financial profits they could still make by making more sequels. Was alittle long of a movie though.... Also the person next to me had to be a hardcore fan since he came in propped himself up and was clapping and going "YES" at different parts and seemed pretty emotional throughout the movie... hahaha I thought it was pretty funny though but got annoying after a while... Anyway just my 2 cents!

I was pretty disappointed with this film and I was really looking forward to it. Too much time was spent on the ideas of forgiveness and it was pretty cheesy in places, not what I expected from Sam Raimi. Still having said that, I like the fact Peter Parker's geekiness still shone through even when he was supposed to be bad

Good acting on Sandmans part. I lol'd when I saw Eric as Venom. Fight scenes were good but there needed to be more of them. And Sandman didn't make much sense

And you'd figure Spider-man would tell the cops to get the fire department over and spray sandman with water, or at least someone would figure it out. Couple more things but I'm lazy and they're not that major so I won't post them

I was going to make one earlier, but yeah Spiderman 3 was one of the best movies of the year so far! It is really cool but i liked this even better then 300 (IT WAS GOOD!).
