I usually try stuff out on frostwire, and then download the full album from projectw type sites, and then eventually if I like enough of their songs, I buy the CD.

It depends on what you value. BitTorrent will not give you the best overall speeds for your download, but it is second to none when looking for organized and full albums, which is something I enjoy.

I use limewire, download a music from 7-8 people at same time, making it goes faster. Generally I donwload musics in question of seconds...Also they got even books and games there o.ô

Not to be a Torrent pusher, but BitTorrent delivers the books and games more reliably. I can say I've never found a torrent with a virus of any shape inserted-- mainly, because if there was one, people would comment, stop sharing, and shut it down.

I've seen virus'd torrents before, actually downloaded them before as well. But if you're careful about what you download, and you use a nice client like Azureus that allows you to see what files you're downloading before it actually downloads, then you should be fine.

I actually pay for my music on iTunes for the most part, or borrow CDs from friends and such.

I buy a lot of it, but I have 12,000 songs on my iTunes, 3,000 alone which are just Frank Zappa songs (he made 65 albums before he died, and his wife released 15 others posthumously.)

I get my music from various torrent sites. That way I can get full discoveries (All albums and extras,) without having to deal with limewire etc.. Oh and I find the quality to be a bit better.

Takes a lot longer to download but damn it's worth it.

Usually download illegaly.. mostly by albums these days, but sometimes by song.

I download full albums from limewire pro.

I only actually buy the cd if I really really like it or something.
