I've been fooling around with photo editing a bit, this is my second attempt.
Criticism really needed, only way to learn

But yeah skin tone should be less orange, Eyes look weird but its just the girl i think, And yah good work mista.

She is a tad orange, but I says it's a good 'shop. She does look pretty... but scared.

Maybe you should add in a car or something with huge headlights behind her and some action lines... like she's running. OMG MAKE IT A POLICE CAR. XD

I think the tan looks pretty normal . The change is amazing, she really is pretty good looking. What a waste huh?

How did you change the skin tone and make it so real? Make a tut please

There's like a gazillion of them, just google "photoshop photo retouching". I just grasped concepts and then fooled around on my own.
Went something like this:
Alter photo in a bunch of ways, put it all in a group and then just make a merged image as the new starting point and alter it again, make it as another starting image, so on.
I plan to do another meth addict once I nap xD I'll try and make it more realistic this time.

To me she has the same skintone as an oompa loompa, but otherwise, thumbs up.

Hmmm. Try scanning one of those cardboard folders*, blurring the result, and using that colour as a reference.

Other than the skin tone, i'd say it's pretty good. Especially on the hair.
