Yes, thats right ladies and gentlemen, Private Applications are open once again. For those of you that do not know what private is, I'll direct you to This Page, the Ranks of Neocodex, which has the following to say about private:

* Access to Private Member Programs (Neopets)
* Access to Private contests and activities (posted sporadically).
* May borrow all avatar items for free.

If you want to apply for private, simply create a topic in This Forum with your name as the title.

Requirements:
To apply for Private Membership you will need to have been a member of NeoCodex for a minimum of 3 months.
You must also have a minimum of 3 posts per day.

If you do not meet these requirements, your topic will be closed and you will most likely be disqualified from private for four months. Exceptions can be made by contacting the Private Leader (thats me) by PM.

Don't even bother. You don't have too many friends, if any, in private, and you've got the warning for leaking. You making Private will not happen, guaranteed.

I didn't say I was better than him. Saying that someone will get in when you're not even private and therefore have no say in the matter, or knowledge of how previous voting has gone is a little unfair and may get peoples hopes up when they won't actually get in.
