I didn't say I was better than him. Saying that someone will get in when you're not even private and therefore have no say in the matter, or knowledge of how previous voting has gone... it's a little unfair and may get peoples hopes up when they won't actually get in.

So instead of saying good luck, you're going to rub it in, "since you're not private n all." Odds are he has a general idea of how people vote, he's only been denied multiple times, and seen others around him attain private. I suppose H2O has a chance since virtually everyone else can make it.

It's the same as telling people not to post "you'll get in" on the graphics applications, so people don't get their hopes up only to be rejected.

The rules for flamebaiting and minor flaming will be changed so that the person who is insulted/offended has to report it or a moderator will not take action. For anything that is a clearly flaming the content removed and warned for no matter if it's reported or not.

Well, of course, it's up to Paddy, but from my personal experience as GFX leader it makes it really difficult for me to judge applications when people say that someone will definitely get in when I know this is not the case whatsoever so we basically made it a rule that you aren't allowed to say that. Some people it's warranted of course! But it breaks my heart sometimes to have to crush people when they have their hopes up I'm not saying he'll get in or not as I don't even know, but yeah... that's why I personally don't like people saying anything besides either critique or good luck. Completely different though as it's all of private and above voting but still ^^; You understand what I mean.
