its for ppl who just want programs on codex. it a lil joke nothing more than that

edit but just stay active in the community there are actually programs that do work go to the certified section for them

This was just a fake program to trick people ( To tell people to be a little more active, I think ) We have more programs in the " Certified Programs Area " They are sure to work I remember the same thing had happen to me, lolx. The memebers here got me real good and I felt for it, lolx

This is almost the most pathetic thing I've ever seen....

just...
"Hey.  Programs? How?"

Most of them dont even say hi, they just start out with an attitude like "give me help now."...or you'll get the ones who cant sppel end just ask were too downlaod teh neopets cheets or teh neopoints ganareater....
bleh leechers piss me off...I like the idea of putting the fake gen up for them. heh good idea to whoever came up with that.
