This is a repository for data I have personally collected on games. I intend to rank all games according to their NP/time ratio.

Want this in a score sending list? It's here

My methodology for determining time is to start the clock when I press"Start Game" after loading... and stopping when I press "Send Score"

These are my personal ratios. Your ratios may or may not be the same.

Hmm rather then np maybe you can make it score. Because np ratio changes monthly.

NP ratio is in the units of NP/sec

Even if they change the score:NP ratio, the NP:time ratio should be relatively constant.

That's the NP ratio.

You sure? Because it takes different times to get different scores. To get 1000 on a game would take say 30s. To get 500 on same game would be 15s. That would stay contsnat. If the ratio was say 10. Now if the ratio is 1. We have to multiply by 10 right?

It's not my department you're probably right I'm just bringing up what might be an issue. :p

Usually the adjustments to ratio are fairly small. Either way, I'm going to continue keeping these up to date since I want my data as accurate as possible.

These will probably change again as my game playing skill increases still further and I get more accurate scores/times.

Like I said, I should be updating this/adding more approximately weekly.

Update for the lsit - Darigan Dodgeball is now way too hard to get 1000 NPs, but you can still shoot for around 500NPs for about 20 seconds of survival. TNT made a new NP ration for it, it is now 0.24NP. So sad.

Thanks for alerting me to that update... it still works out to a damn good ratio, though :p

I edited the ratio in my spread sheet and the NP/time ratio dropped significantly, but is still a viable choice in games.

With scores that used to get you 3k, you can still win about 1.2 k in about 60 seconds

Slorgs in Space added to the list

Jubble Bubble removed... the ratio got THAT bad

You guys are completely ignoring Maths Nightmare. Do Potato Counter and Division and you can easily get 1000 NP in less than a minute. That's a ratio of 16.67.

Also, Catch the Petpet, in the Petpet Park. Seriously. 489 NP for about... hmm, twenty seconds worth of play time.

Top Chop, if you're good at it.

Bouncy Supreme, ditto.

Attack of the Marblemen. You only need 90-ish points to get 1000 NP.

This would be a lot of work to change and update every month, so I'm going to defer to Noit on this one.

auto update would be sweet, kinda like with the item database, if there was a codex scoresender, that automatically logged what the ratio was, review score, etc.

so if i have a list im using to send scores for the month, i can assume it will be safe to use until the 25th or so?

Correct. Consider adjusting your scores/times on the 25/26th

ALTHOUGH... you can continue using the same scores/times because the scores/time ratio will not have changed, but the payout may have.
