all my stats are 250 i want to get my h/ps to 500 as soon as possible it costs me
6 codestone at training school also takes to long so looking for a faster way to increase
by 250k price reall irrelivent although would like to do it as cheap as possible . i know negs can increase h/ps but not sure which ones

Fneggs increase hp + agi.
Cheapest way will be codestone training but it's just time restraint.
But fastest possible is negging + pots.

I havent played in 4 years or so but I remember this was my strategy.

get your level to 250 so that you can have constant 4 hour training sessions lab your pet if you want to risk it negg your pet for hp go to coltzans shrine every day pretty much all the ways you can gain hp.

Kitchen quests can give stats however I believe its random which stat is increased.

I'd be cautious of the labray personally, having used it previously on my BD pet. Although it does raise stats (in particular HP) it can also reduce them and from what you've posted I wouldn't want to mess about with it to much if your stats are even.

You can supplement these methods with using time-independent hp increasers like Energising Elixirs and possibly Kauvaras Potion. This is quite expensive, but if time is important to you it might be worth it. It's also worth reading the mummified scroll if you haven't done that yet.

If money isn't an issue, then supplement all those negging and training with lab ray. Lab ray increases everything more than it decreases.

Well, yes. But I'd have thought it was pretty likely that he already does daily lab zaps if he doesn't have a rare colour pet.
