Well, first you make a long incision along the belly, from the jaw to nape of the tail. Don't cut too deep, mind.
Then you slice along the limbs, too, from the paws to the central incision. Try to keep them straight.
Then, peel back the skin from the musculature, using the blunt side of a knife in a sawing motion to help separate the connective tissue.
