So I've basically tried everything I can think of to get these downloads to work and whatnot, but it's like my computer is refusing all aspects of it.

So, I was wondering, would someone maybe message me and I could give you my Target codes and whatnot so I can get help solving these terrible things?

Sooo... I've downloaded the codex codes, but I'm still not getting anything? The Neocodex Check v3 only shows a "Uninstall" in the folder, and whenever I try to download the Decoder, it says I don't have the required stuff or something?
