Well, I'm starting a new diet as of the 1st For breakie I had:
Weet Bix, with skim milk, 1 orange, and rasin and museli toast with light butter.
Lunch I had an apple and cinamon muffin, a chicken and corn salad, and a fruit salad.
And for dinner i'm enjoying a hearty beef casserole
