I want to buy advanced membership cause i don't know how to get it these days xD how do i go about buying and how much is it?

I download it, install it, open it and it says this application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect, try re installing ect ect. I have, i've deleted all history and re downloaded, i've tryed extracting the files first, basically i've ran out of ideas.
Any suggestions? would like to start using auto players again.
