I had to pirate bay Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint; which was kind of annoying... but my question is, before I download more things, which anti virus should I use?
It comes with Norton, with a free thirty day trial, but don't anti virus companies always offer like a one year free trial? And wouldn't it just be ideal to use that one year trial, remove the antivirus, and then download another free trial from another company? Suggestions?

I'm looking to buy a laptop and have no idea where to start; The price range I'm looking for is anywhere from 250-450$ which is pretty measly I'm trying to buy a used one online (ebay? I've heard mixed reviews, but I think I should be fine) and hopefully get a nice discount. Although it would be used, I'd want to be factory refurbished and in new condition.

Webcam isn't needed, neither is a microphone, as I can buy better ones separately, but if they come with, that's fine. I just need it to run smoothly. I'll mainly be using this for Neopets and schoolwork, so I don't need a gaming laptop either:) Nothing like that

For screen size, preferably 15 in - 17 in, but nothing under 14 in
My biggest concern is the portability; I don't want anything too clunky; definitely not a brick. So Lightweight is a plus.
