If you have any subscription issues, you can ask any admin.
As for your question, if you upgrade a month subscription to a three month subscription without the one month subscription ending, you will be extending your subscription as if you had bought a three month subscription to begin with. It's iffy. You can't look like you're using them to make a profit, if you're just shuffling things around, you should be fine. I do it all the time.
