-_- Mine crashes after 5-10 minutes... I have OS Windows 7. Do I have to redownload the program manager or download a newer version of Dice-a-Roo? O_o

Okay, this is weird but would it be okay to transfer points to "another player" for their account anniversary or birthday? 

I wanna be able to launder stuff from account to account on certain days. Just curious if that look legit and IF gift giving is allowed like that on Neopets?
