Just a quick question. Why is that if my MS pre haggle and my OCR are .85-1.35/.85-1.15 i am continuously buying items at sub 1400ms. shouldnt the minimum i could possibly buy be 1.7?

Before you say you can't compare them let me first say that i currently have neopets premium and use it strictly as a NP making service, mostly through sniping UB's from user shops on the super shop wizard. Recently i downloaded Abrosia basic and see that there are a great bit of perks that come with being an advanced member. 

What i want to know is, if you had to pick one (neopets premium or abrosia advanced) which one would you take. 

I am currently leaning toward Ab advanced but i am not sure yet.
