Well could anyone give me a suggestion of which proxy(ies) to use that aren't giving them this problem? I don't really care which proxy I use. 

I don't have a proxy with a password. I tried using 5 or 6 different proxies straight off of google and had no luck. Where should I be getting my proxy for it to work?

Bringing this thread back from the grave because I have the same problem with every proxy I'm trying to use and see no solutions. 

So I'm getting an "ERROR: Unable to download shop info from neocodex,us"

searched through the thread but didn't actually see any fixes for this
