Hi there, I would assume it was just a slight bit of downtime on Neopets (that I just experienced a few minutes ago as well) that has thrown this error out. Just restart the SS'er/Program Manager and it SHOULD be fine. If you keep getting the error, please be sure to contact @Pyro699 about it
