I was getting the exact same error. 

I just switched my haggle settings from Finger to Smart and it's working so it must be something with that. The only thing that's changed from when Abrosia was working to now when I was getting the error is that I chose the shop discount as my Skirmish Boon.

Edit: Well, perhaps not problem solved. I went AFK for a bit and when I returned the error was back.
