My neo tracker still hasn't been tracking, last track date was April 9th.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program manager, but it still is giving me these errors with abrosia, and only abrosia... I don't know what to do to fix this so I may continue using the autobuyer.

I am getting the exact same errors, with nothing altered and default settings within the program.
