I actually just tried on my mac, and while it doesn't give me those same messages, it does seem to be unable to login to my neo account. Which isn't frozen, neopets is up, info is all correct, no proxy being used, the birthday prompt isn't active.. 

We'll get someone to look at it.

Just an update, I have been able to reinstall the program manager. Like a numbskull, I had been clicking on the wrong file.

Are you using Windows 10 as well?

What type of system and os are you using on your computer?

 

Have you tried to run it as an admin? Do you have antivirus, try whitelisting the program manager.

Running as admin and whitelisting make no difference

Try to loginto the account from your browser to make sure its not frozen and your typing the password correctly.

That was the first thing I did. It's nothing to do with my neopets account. And yes I was putting in pw correctly
