HELP!! Can't use Abrosia

Have been using Abrosia without any issues and it worked fine yesterday, but when I tried to login today I kept getting "ERROR: Login failed" message. I tried a few fixes I found in forums but nothing worked so decided to uninstall and reinstall the program. Hasn't made any difference

 

Downloaded it, but when I went to install my computer threw up this message:

 

This app can't run on your PC

To find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher

 

Why is this happening??!! 


Does Abrosia use your neopets account for searches?

I've noticed that every time I use the autobuyer, then go to use the shop wizard, I immediately get the "whoa too many searches" message and can't use the wizard until the next hour.

 

Also, I happened to have a memory stick in my pc this morning when I started the AB and have found on it a screen shot my computer took (not sure why) which shows my np account searching for an item that I have never searched for and didn't search for this morning at that time.

 

So my question is as per title.


Advanced membership payment help

I renewed my advanced membership a couple of hours ago (using paypal) but it is still showing as a pending invoice, not showing under purchases and my advanced membership is marked as expired.

 

I have sent a support request, but wondering if anyone else has experience with this issue, and how long am I likely to have to wait before my support request is actioned and it's all sorted out?
