My current weight: 118 pounds
Measurement:
Chest: 33
Waist: 27.5
Hip: 37 (<- the problem)
Thigh: 22.5 (<- the problem)
Lower leg: 14 (<- the problem)
I AM A VERY SHORT ASIAN GIRL. I am already a little overweight with that weight.
But the biggest problem is - I shape like A PEAR.
My Plan:
- Eat as little as possible.
(I am not setting a quote for myself because those numbers always stress me out. I always end up giving up the whole plan.)
- Exercising:
1) Workout from FitnessBlender (-500kcal/hour) or
2) Running for an hour (-350kcal/run)
I will be posting my daily food log and exercise record here.
To be honest, I never succeeded in sticking to my weight-losing plan for more than a week.........
Hope this will not happen again!
Remember not to starve yourself. Portion moderation is really important, but you can't deprive yourself of what your body needs. Best of luck!
