June CHALLENGES

So, I have decided to make June the month of CHALLENGES.

I am taking on abs, thighs, butt and arms challenges this month. The calendars/plans for the challenges are in the spoiler below~

I am using them to create a workout list every day. For the butt workout, I made a hybrid of the squat challenge and the butt challenge. In the beginning days I will probably end up doing far more than what the challenges say to do, so we'll see how this turns out near the end!

I'll be doing the Thighs Arms and abs challenges. I'll just be crossing off the days on the calenders. 

Gotta do yesterdays and today's tonight when I get home from work :) 

I really wonder how hard it will actually be later in the month... xD

@Keil you like do a pushup and as soon as you're down you push up and jump up like you're reaching for your ceiling and then you come back down and kick your legs out behind you and go back to a pushup and repeat. 

You can do it with a pull-up bar too, I need to do more of it myself. 

Getting back into exercise again :D Gonna be great!

I did mine without the pushup though.  Just down, back, in, jump, repeat.

Oooh yay I think I'm going to follow this and do as much as I can. I've already started with abs and squats.
