I am taking on abs, thighs, butt and arms challenges this month. The calendars/plans for the challenges are in the spoiler below~
I am using them to create a workout list every day. For the butt workout, I made a hybrid of the squat challenge and the butt challenge. In the beginning days I will probably end up doing far more than what the challenges say to do, so we'll see how this turns out near the end!
I'll be doing the Thighs Arms and abs challenges. I'll just be crossing off the days on the calenders.
